Please note that for health and safety reasons, certain intimate items cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective hygiene liners are still attached to the garments.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
